Perfiscope Privacy Policy

Perfiscope is a website performance scanning service provided by Pavel Astapov, an individual based in Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This page explains how we handle information on the public marketing site at perfiscope.com.

1. Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and a short source label (for example, homepage, pricing, or footer). We store that waitlist in a dedicated Supabase table namedlanding_emails. That table is separate from product accounts, schedules, and audit reports.

We do not ask for a password on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-oriented traffic stats. It does not use advertising cookies. We do not run advertising trackers here.

2. How we use it

• To email you when Perfiscope is available on this domain.
• To answer questions if you write to support@perfiscope.com.
• To comply with legal requests when required.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share it

Waitlist emails are stored with Supabase (Postgres hosting). Page-view analytics are processed by Cloudflare. We may share information with hosting providers that help run this site, or if the law requires it. We do not share waitlist emails with advertisers.

4. Retention and your rights

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to launch the product (and then for up to 12 months unless you request deletion sooner). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data under laws such as PIPEDA or GDPR.

Email support@perfiscope.com to exercise those rights. We will respond within 30 days (or 45 days for complex GDPR requests). We verify requests by email confirmation. We do not process children’s data; this site is for people 18 and older.

5. Security and transfers

We use HTTPS and store waitlist rows in Supabase with row-level security so the public cannot read the table. No system is perfectly secure. As a Canada-based service, data may be processed in Canada or in countries where our providers operate, with safeguards required by PIPEDA and GDPR.
