Perfiscope Terms of Use

Welcome to Perfiscope, a website performance scanning service (“Service”) provided by Pavel Astapov, an individual based in Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using perfiscope.com, including the waitlist form (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What this site is

This domain currently hosts a marketing site. You can read about the Service and leave an email to be notified when Perfiscope is ready here. The product itself (scheduled Lighthouse audits, dashboard, paid plans) is described for information only and is not sold or provisioned from this waitlist form.

Perfiscope uses open-source Lighthouse for audits and Google Gemini for AI insights. We do not guarantee that scores, availability, or AI text will be complete or identical to Google PageSpeed Insights.

3. Waitlist

Submitting your email does not create an account, a paid subscription, or a promise of a launch date. We will use the address as described in the Privacy Policy. You may ask us to remove it at any time by emailing support@perfiscope.com.

The Perfiscope name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the brand or screenshots for a competing product without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing site.
